Ekahau Sidekick will not connect.


Sidekick will not connect ?????  

This seems to be happening more and more.....

Check in setting on iPhone/iPad you get the ethernet port appearing and it has an IP address

Turn off 5G on phone...

Turn off WiFi (till it connects)

    Unfortunately when Tiger Liu gets you to try 100 different remedies and it still doesn't work it's time..
